  • Create a dedicated property-showcase website or webpage with a wide selection of professional photos, property description, map, neighborhood information, and, as appropriate, floor plans and even interactive features. This site will be featured on all marketing materials and signage
  • Market your property with beautifully designed materials; direct mail and email campaigns to neighbors, friends and agents throughout the area; and print media advertisements and PR campaign as appropriate to the property
  • Orchestrate the schedule of broker tours, open houses and private showings to allow and encourage every single prospective buyer to see the property quickly and easily
