Sonoma County Home Prices, Market Trends September 2022

In Sonoma County, year-over-year appreciation has held up better than in most counties, with median sales prices still running 8% to 10% higher than last year at this time. In the midst of the prevailing uncertainty, many sellers have pulled back on listing their homes, with the number of new listings coming on market remaining well down from summer 2021, and the number of active listings for sale continues to run lower as well.
